Mary-Claire Burick is a proven executive that helps leaders achieve sustained business results by improving organizational effectiveness.  She helps connect employee behavior and resources to organizational strategy and goals. She works with leaders to develop their people, improve their processes, strengthen communications and manage change.

Certified in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership through Georgetown University, Mary-Claire enjoys leading change initiatives, and helping executives and managers initiate and integrate change smoothly and effectively, while minimizing the potential for negative impact to the organization and its employees. During her career, Mary-Claire has been Vice President, Washington Operations for Allbritton Communications, managing ABC-7, NewsChannel 8, Irides Web Hosting and POLITICO. She has also been Operations Manager, Fox News and Producer, MSNBC.

Mary-Claire has served on the Board of Directors and Program Committee for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Vice Chair of the Communications Committee for Women in Technology and on the Advisory Board of Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind. She enjoys using her expertise to help local non-profits, including The Red Cross, The Non-Profit Roundtable, Dress for Success and others.
